Because we carry so much stock and have our overheads covered by our retail outlets, we can offer you the best value for money of any online store. We are a small team of dedicated people with experience and passion for the most important product you can buy. We work in a very, very competitive market and we aim to separate ourselves from the rest by achieving the highest standards of customer service. | We moved into our new warehouse and office in February 2011. This warehouse was designed to stock more mattresses than many of our competitors. As we were also able to design from scratch, we were able to create specific storage areas for some items that need storing in a specific way (Dunlopillo, Hypnos and many more). Due to the volume we purchase and the competitive nature of our industry, our prices can be as much as 70% lower than the High Street, yet we still aim for the best levels of service possible. We have used 8 couriers since we started trading online in 2007. We have learnt that cheap delivery companies leave much to be desired when it comes to service, and we have learnt from those lessons. We now use 2 Couriers (Tuffnells and Panther Logistics) for the movement of our mattresses and beds. Hopefully soon we will have our own fleet! | ||||

When we started selling beds in Leicester all those years ago, we were tucked away in a quiet side street and had to work very hard to develop a customer base. Those same principles apply today.
