Our deliveries are mainly carried out by Tuffnells. We also use CityLink and NightFreight (2 man service only).

We operate a next day delivery service on all our stocked items. If you order before 15:30, you can receive you new mattress, bed, pillow or headboard the following day. Delivery is free!

If you wanted to pay a little more, you could even take delivery of your mattress before 10:30 the following morning! Our couriers collect from our warehouse between 15:30 and 17:00. From our warehouse, the goods are then taken to our local depot in Nuneaton, where they are scanned and sent out to a main hub. From this point onwards they are heading to you directly. They will be delivered to your local depot overnight and then loaded onto the lorry which covers your area.

Certain areas within the UK require additional time for delivery and in some cases an additional cost. If you are in doubt as to whether or not your delivery area requries an additional payment, please get in touch or see our rough guide to delivery costs.

We cannot specify times of delivery on our free service, but most deliveries take place between 10am and 4pm. We always request that our couriers call you before they arrive and 30mins is normally the minimum notice given.

On certain items, a Deluxe Delivery Service is included free. This means the couriers will take the new bed or mattress upstairs, set it up and remove all packaging, meaning all you have to do is open the door for them!
