What if I am not happy with the mattress I have selected?
We encourage our customers to try out the mattress they intend on buying before taking advantage of our huge discounts! We can exchange mattresses and beds if customers are unhappy, but the customer is responsible for the carriage charge and the mattress or bed must be packed appropriately for the return journey to our warehouse. Any damage incurred on this return journey may result in a partial refund only.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check the item over for damage before signing for the item upon delivery. Any item signed for cannot be returned as damaged. If the item is damaged it must be signed as such with our couriers upon delivery.
How can I refine my delivery options?
The delivery options will be presented to the customer once the order process is underway. If the item is in stock, a calendar will appear with the available delivery dates for the selected item. If the item is not in stock options will appear with the current estimated lead times. We have great relationships with all of our suppliers and the lead times presented in the order process are often the maximum we experience. We always do our best to get the mattress to you as quickly as possible.
We will never dispatch a mattress for delivery without confirming the date with the customer. If you require the courier to give you some notice before delivery (an hour or so), then please get in touch after placing the order and this can be arranged. We also offer specific times for delivery during the day but there is an additional charge for this service.
Do you take away our old mattress or bed?
We can offer this service. However, due to the amount of money charged by the Government to dispose of mattresses by retailers, the price we have to charge is for the courier service and the disposal of the item. This cost is usually charged at around Ł40.
Most Councils in the United Kingdom offer to dispose of household waste for no charge however, and this is often the option taken by our customers. If you do wish for the convenience of our couriers taking away the old item whilst delivering the new item, please get in touch before placing your order.
Please note, couriers can refuse to take any item if it is deemed unsuitable for carriage.

We often back the manufacturers warranty or guarantee with our own extended version. Typically the manufacturer sends no documentation with the mattress or bed, but we can supply our own version upon request.
