Where are you?
We are based in Leicester, and have a new warehouse and office unit here.

Who are you?
We are a family run business with more than 30 years experience in the industry. We have 5 members of staff, not including the network of drivers employed by the carriers we use.

Do you have a showroom?
No. We are online only, but work closely with another Leicester based company, which have two large showrooms.

Why are you so much cheaper than the High Street?
Because the Internet is naturally more competitive. We also have to maintain a competitive edge over our Online rivals, and monitor prices carefully and consistently. We also buy stock in huge volumes. The more we buy, the lower the price - and we pass that saving on to you.

How much stock do you have?
It varies. We have an average stock volume of over 1000 mattresses, but we also carry Bedsteads and Divan bases in stock too. When we do not have something in stock, we also boast the shortest lead times. This is because of the number of deliveries into our warehouse, some manufacturers deliver to us three times a week, making us a week or two quicker than those competitors who have a delivery once a week or so.

What are the exact dimensions of the mattresses I am looking at?

Can you supply special size mattresses?
Yes. We can supply mattresses of all shapes and sizes. Most brands offer this, but it may be best to contact us to discuss the options in full.

I have a bad back, do I need a firm mattress?
No. A good mattress should result in perfect posture, the tension is personal preference. This can vary and some people have specific requirements that dictate their selection. If in doubt, contact us to discuss your requirements.

What are the details of the Warranty and Guarantees offered?
We often back the manufacturers warranty or guarantee with our own extended version. Typically the manufacturer sends no documentation with the mattress or bed, but we can supply our own version upon request.

Do you offer a trial period with the new bed?
No. We always suggest that you know roughly what type of mattress or bed you are looking for, if you have any doubt, then please contact us to discuss the options in full.

How will the delivery work?
If you have ordered something from stock; you will be presented with a calendar during the checkout stage. Once you have selected the date, we will prepare your goods for delivery on that date. When the goods leave our warehouse (normally the day before delivery) you will receive an email with delivery information. On the day of delivery you will be given a minimum of 30mins notice ahead of arrival. In most cases - particularly with mattresses - we will be able to call you early on the day of delivery to give you a timeslot. You may also be able to pay an additional charge for a priority delivery timeslot (pre 9:30am etc).
If you are ordering something which is not in stock, then we will offer an estimation of it's arrival date to us. When the manufacturer confirms the arrival date, we will then pass this information on to you. When it does arrive, we will inspect the goods and call you to confirm a delivery date that suits you. From then on, you will enjoy the same information as those with a stock purchase.

What about returns?
If we deliver something* that is not to your liking, you have 7 working days to notify us of the reason, we can then arrange for a collection, refund or exchange. However, once you have signed for the goods, they are your property and any return journey to us may not be insured. We may also charge you for the return journey of the goods, these prices can vary. (*We are not able to accept returns for Pillows or Linen).

Can you collect my old bed or mattress?
Yes. But we do have to charge for this service. We may need to use a courier - who will charge, and then our local council also charges for recycling of old mattresses. We do work with a charity in Leicester who give some mattresses a new home.
