MyNextMattress Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions processed by Mynextmattress. All orders made are subject to the acceptance of these Conditions, and deemed to be accepted by you when placing your order. They may change at any time.

1. Payment

  1. You are deemed to accept the Conditions when you place an order for goods with us. Our contract with you only begins when we confirm acceptance of your offer to purchase goods from us. An order will not take place (and we will not be deemed to have accepted your order) until we have validated and confirmed your payment. Any pricing error occurring within our website or contained within any fax or e-mail shall not be binding on the company.
  2. All photographs, descriptions and specifications on our website give an approximate idea of the goods. They do not form part of the contract between us.
  3. Ownership of the goods does not pass to you until we have received payment in full.
  4. Your order is subject to stock availability. If we cannot supply goods to you for any reason we will advise you and will not charge you for those goods or will refund any money already paid for these goods. Any such refund shall be the limit of our obligation in this case.
  5. Payments made using a credit or debit card are authorised using an external secure credit card processor.

2. Delivery

  1. Deliveries are made by a national carrier and all deliveries will be made to your doorstep. Delivery of the goods must be signed for. The address will be that registered with your payment card issuer, unless you request otherwise and we authorise such a request (at our discretion). If the carrier is unable to obtain a signature due to your absence from the property or for any other reason when they deliver, the re-delivery charge will be payable by yourself before such re-delivery.
  2. Whilst we will always attempt to delivery your goods as agreed, we cannot be held liable for the failure to deliver as arranged. Time is not the essence of the contract. Please do not dispose of your previous mattress until you are happy with your new one.

3. Replacements and Refunds

  1. If an item is found to be damaged or faulty on delivery, contact us by phone or email. We will arrange to collect the damaged goods and inspect them. Where goods are found by us to be faulty or damaged we will send you a replacement . We will meet all delivery and return costs. Returned goods must be adequately packed with the packaging in which we dispatched the goods. If we cannot supply an identical replacement we will offer an alternative or a refund.
  2. If you find that your purchase is unsuitable we will provide a refund if the goods are returned in unwrapped and unused condition, in the original packaging within 7 days. You must not use the product and it must still be in its primary, usually plastic, wrapping. Contact us by e-mail to request our collection of the goods which we will arrange with our carriers. The cost of this collection will be deducted from the purchase price before we refund your payment. The refund is subject to us receiving the goods in a new condition. If they are not, they will be returned to you and the cost of both collection and re-delivery will be borne by you. Certain goods may not be returnable, such as pillows, roll up mattresses and some other items. Please contact us for full details.

4. Warranty

  1. All new goods are sold with a minimum 12-month manufacturers guarantee. Full details are available with your product. It is your responsibility to return the completed manufacturers registration form enclosed with the goods.
  2. In addition to the manufacturers guarantee Mynextmattress offers a limited extended warranty. This warranty varies in length item by item. You must keep all your purchase records as they will be needed in the event of a claim. The warranty is applied as follows:

    The warranty is against faults in manufacture, not wear and tear or damage. The mattress must always be used with a mattress protector, turned and cleaned as per the manufacturers instructions and must be unsoiled at the time that the claim is lodged. The claim must be registered with mynextmattress by email. You will be sent a claim form to complete. All details must be filled in before a claim can be considered. If the claim is accepted the following process will apply.


    1. We will arrange to collect the goods and return them to us for inspection. The carrier reserves the right to refuse to collect items that are not packaged suitably or which is unhygienic. We may require pre payment for the costs of the collection in some circumstances.
    2. If we validate the claim we will contact you to arrange the replacement goods to be dispatched to you
    3. The replacement item can be any item from our then current range. The difference in price from the warranty covered item is payable by you, along with the cost of collecting the original item. There will be an allowance granted against the replacement item according to the following scale.
    4. If the claim is validated within the first two years-60% of the original price will be credited
    5. If the claim is validated in year three of the purchase-40% of the original price will be credited
    6. If the claim is validated in year four of the purchase- 25% of the original price will be credited
    7. If the claim is validated in year five or (if warranty is for longer than five years then any subsequent year up to the warranty period)-10% of the original price will be credited
    8. The warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and is only valid if approved by mynextmattress. It should be considered as extra peace of mind in case of manufacturing defects that arise after the manufacturers guarantee has expired. It should not be regarded as a guarantee that any item will last for any particular period of time, or as a guarantee against deterioration in performance. It is in addition to your statutory rights. There is no entitlement to a cash payment in lieu of the replacement. The replacement item must be at the same or higher price than the original.

5. Confirmation of your order

  1. 1. Once the order has been placed, we will send you an email of confirmation. This will be your invoice and receipt. Please keep it in case of any later queries.

6. Complaints Procedure

Any complaints should be made by e-mail and will be acknowledged as soon as possible. We take any complaints seriously and will try our very best to answer your concerns.

7. Use of your details.

When you register on our site and give your details for the purchase of any items, you also give permission for us to use those details to contact you with promotional offers from time to time. Mynextmattress is a division of Colourbank Leicester ltd.
