We moved into our new warehouse and office in 2011. This warehouse was designed to stock more mattresses than many of our competitors. As we were also able to design from scratch, we were able to create specific storage areas for some items that need storing in a specific way (Dunlopillo, Hypnos, Vispring and many more).
Due to the volume we purchase and the competitive nature of our industry, our prices can be as much as 70% lower than the High Street, yet we still aim for the best levels of service possible.
We have used 8 couriers since we started trading online many years ago. We have learnt that cheap delivery companies leave much to be desired when it comes to service, and we have learnt from those lessons. We now use our own vehicles for 80% of our deliveries and use a bed courier for the remaining deliveries.
We aim to be the best in the business and we know customer service is the way to achieve this goal. At MyNextMattress, we appreciate all the feedback we get - and act upon it. We have learnt many lessons over the years and always aim to improve.
When we started selling beds in Leicester all those years ago, we were tucked away in a quiet side street and had to work very hard to develop a customer base. Those same principles apply today.
