MyNextMattress Delivery Service

We offer a FREE 2-man delivery service*, with goods taken to the room of choice and unpacked for you (if you have chosen this option in the checkout). We want to offer the very best service we possibly can. This means delivering to the room of choice. We do not offer this service for rolled up mattresses or for Single mattresses. Everything else is delivered to the room and for free.

Customers in KW or PA postcode areas have a surcharge of £35.

If you’re ordering something from stock; we will be in touch very soon to arrange for delivery at a time and date that suits you. If you’ve ordered something we currently have no stock of, then we will order it immediately and email you with our estimate of when it should arrive. Once is arrives we will be in touch to arrange the delivery time and date.

We have tried to keep the delivery process as simple as possible. There are no geographical charges (apart from offshore deliveries) and there are no hidden charges for next day service. Saturday delivery does cost a little more, and it will also cost extra for us to take your old bed away.

For pillows, single sized mattresses (2’6 or 3’) and rolled up Memory Foam mattresses; we can deliver stocked items on a next day service - but we only guarantee delivery to the door.

If you live in the far South West of England or the North of Scotland, there can be certain days when we cannot offer the 2 man service, if you would like to know if this affects you, then please get in touch.

Delivery Process For Stocked Items:

  • We will call you immediately to arrange delivery.
  • Once you have told us of a date, we will prepare your items accordingly and book you in with our couriers. You decide the date.
  • You will be contacted the day prior to delivery with confirmation of your delivery timeslot. Our couriers operate from 7am - 8pm.
  • On the day of delivery, you will receive an hours notice before the goods arrive. You will be able to speak to the delivery crew directly.
  • Upon arrival, all goods are delivered to the room of choice and unpacked, if you have chosen this service.
  • If the claim is validated in year five or (if warranty is for longer than five years then any subsequent year up to the warranty period) -10% of the original price will be credited.

Delivery Process For Out Of Stock Items:

  • Once we have received your order, it will be processed immediately.
  • You will then receive an email of the estimated arrival date of your goods.
  • If necessary, we will update this eta, to make sure you’re informed.
  • Once the goods have arrived, we will then proceed as per the delivery process for stocked items.

Please find our frequently asked delivery questions below. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Do I have to wait in all day?

No. For items larger than a single mattress, we use a dedicated white glove furniture carrier and they offer a time slot (normally 2-3hrs).

I’ve ordered a pillow, do I have to wait in all day?

No. We use a national chain of carriers for smaller items, and they will confirm a 1hr timeslot for you. If you can't be in, we can leave the item in a safe place or with a neighbour, but we must have this request in writing (by email) beforehand.

Will you take it upstairs for me?

It depends what you have ordered. Pillows, headboards and single mattresses - no. Everything else - yes!

Can you take my old bed away?

Yes. We can do this, but we normally have to charge. We can remove the item from the room of choice too, so you dont have to do any lifting.

What will you do with my old bed/mattress?

We will do one of three things; a local charity may want it. We have given them many items in the last year. Or, we may recycle the mattress. Some mattresses cannot be recycled, and so we use a local disposal service to take care of the goods.

Do you deliver at weekends?

Yes. Depending on where you live, it is possible to deliver on Saturday or Sunday. For more information, please get in touch.
