This Mammoth mattress is based on the same construction as the popular Performance 220 Soft, but this mattress boasts an additional layer on the surface, which adds a final layer of luxuriously soft and comfortable SuperSoft Medical Grade Foam. The unique and very clever way that the foam blocks are produced in this mattress, means that the Medical Grade Foam will not only support you perfectly, instantly and without compromise, but the blocks ensure the body remains cool and comfortable at all times. Indeed, Mammoth mattresses are particularly good at maintaining a comfortable temperature. The foam blocks are cut into with grooves, forming blocks (V-Max blocks) that allow for heat and moisture to be managed successfully and efficiently, by the natural circulation of air through the mattress. Furthermore, this mattress has a Tencel cover material, which is completely natural and is superb at maintaining a comfortable temperature. Tencel fibres draw in heat when required, and release once the external temperature drops. This cover is also removable and machine washable, making it even more practical and durable.

The Club Super Soft 270 Mattress' V-Max blocks act like Pocket Springs, working independently to support the body where required, instantly and perfectly. Each block will move according to the weight that is applied to that area and is not affected by weight being applied to the surrounding areas. This means that the effect of 'roll-together' or 'roll-off' is greatly reduced, resulting in a more comfortable nights sleep.

As a Zoned mattress, this Mammoth mattress has been designed to take into account the fact that certain areas of the body apply more weight to the mattress that others, such as the lumbar region. Therefore, Mammoth have made the central Zone of this mattress from a very slightly different construction of foam, offering greater support where needed.
