This new Shakespeare mattress boasts their new Air Suspension 3000 Pocket Spring system. This unit is not only wonderfully supportive and very comfortable indeed, but it encourages the movement of air through the mattress, aiding cooling and moisture management, increasing both the comfort and durability of the mattress. The Shakespeare Serenity 3000 also has a deep pad of natural, luxurious fillings.

The 3000 Pocket Springs at the core of this new mattress are very clever. They work like a conventional Pocket Spring unit, but they're cleverly redesigned to allow for air to move through freely. In fact the movement of a body(s) on the mattress through the night makes the mattress act like a bellow, pulling the air through the mattress.

Not only is the pocket Spring unit excellent at staying cool and comfortable at all times, but it also offers a precise level of support. Each spring moves up and down, like a piston, as weight is applied, this means they will respond as you move and respond to the precise contour of the body. As all the 3000 springs are in their own pocket, they do not interfere with the surrounding springs, so the accuracy of this spring system is assured.

This mattress is two sided, so will require turning over once every other Season, and rotating in the following Seasons (we advise that this is done more often in the first few months after delivery). The two sleeping surface of this mattress are deep and packed full of luxurious natural fillings, including Wool and Cotton. These breathable and luxurious fillings compliment the other elements of the mattress perfectly.

This mattress is a hand tufted mattress, ensuring that the surface layers remain in place and that the mattress remains at a set tension throughout it's long life span. The Serenity 3000 is finished with a luxuriously soft and comfortable Damask fabric made from a knitted stretch knit material.

This mattress has handles and breather vents on the sides to aid movement when required.
