We're still delivering.

All deliveries and orders are proceeding as normal, undisrupted and without delays. A small percentage of deliveries are now restricted to hallway deliveries only, however. Please let us know if this will be a problem for you, and we will advise of your options.

We have taken various precautions and safety measures and have been doing so since early March. We have seen an increase in orders, but our warehouse and suppliers are currently able to cope with this without a problem.

What we're doing....

We have taken many precautions regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and your order with us. We have outlined some of these points below, and we're always on hand to discuss particular requirements or any queries you may have.

The steps we're taking to ensure your order is safe and not disrupted:

- All delivery crews will wear gloves, and overshoes are available too.
- All delivery crews have access to and are regularly using hand sanitiser.
- All goods are manufacturer machine packaged, sealed and unopened until arrival with you.
- Items collected from residential properties are packaged, sealed & kept away from other items.
- All collected or returned items are kept in a quarantine area of our warehouse for 21 days.


Other measures put into place by our couriers:

- The couriers will contact you the day prior to delivery to confirm your timeslot.
- On the day of delivery, the drivers will call you and enquire if anyone in the property is self-isolating or showing any of the symptoms associated with the virus.
- If someone in the property is self-isolating, a decision may be made to leave the goods in the hallway of the property.
- If someone in the property is showing signs of the symptoms associated with the virus, the delivery may be rescheduled. We will not charge you for redelivery in this scenario.

The implications and measures required to combat the virus are changing frequently. Should any of the above change, or require amendment, we will contact you directly.
