Returns Policy

MyNextMattress has a very simple returns policy for all items.

You have 14 days, from the day after delivery, to let us know if there is any reason why you are unhappy with your purchase. We can then arrange for a replacement or refund.

We always strive to give you the very best descriptions, photos and reviews of the products on our site, but we appreciate that it is not always possible to know whether or not a specific mattress, pillow or any other item is going to be perfect for you.

If you did want to return your order, we will require notification in writing (simply reply to the order confirmation email), and this must be received within the 14 days. Once we have received this, we can then discuss your options (exchange or refund).

The cost of returning the item will be deducted from the amount to be refunded, or will be charged as extra if you are to switch to another model. These costs vary according to your location or the size of the item you have purchased. A standard Double mattress to Mainland UK is typically £35 + VAT, for instance, but this can vary according to size and weight.

The items being returned can be collected by our carriers, hence the cost of return, or you can arrange for the return yourself. All returns must be received in perfect condition. They must always be in the original packaging. Our delivery service normally sees the drivers unpack the goods, but it is your responsibility to ensure it is retained (make sure you tell the drivers). Your 14 day trial period does not necessarily have to see the item remain in the packaging throughout, but you must keep the packaging in case of return.

All customers have 30 days from the day of delivery to report faulty or damaged goods, and to request a collection for a refund. This is at no cost (except supplimentary costs). 

In the event of a refund, we will action this as soon as the goods are returned, and this can take 21 days to reach your Bank account.

At MyNextMattress, we will always be more than happy to answer any questions or offer any advice we can. We are open 7 days a week. Customer service is our number one priority, and your peace of mind before ordering is essential to this.
