You can chase the status of your order in real time by clicking the link in the text message.
The information is updated instantly and gives you options to update your delivery requirements in real time.

Whilst the delivery is on it's way to you, you can still arrange for alternative arrangements.
You can even select which neighbour to leave the parcel with, or select another date for the delivery.
You will receive a text message with the tracking code and options for the delivery service, including date options.
You can control these options by replying by text message.

Once the delivery driver is within your 1hr window, you can then track him live.
The information will show you what delivery number you are, and what number he has just completed. You can see in real time where the driver is, relative to your delivery address.

"What if I want to return my Order?"
You can. We offer a 14 day period for you to trial your order. If you are unhappy for any reason, then you can exchange or cancel your order! The cost of returning the item must be covered by yourself, or you can arrange for it's return. Also, the goods must be returned to us in the original packaging and in perfect condition.
Great service from start to finish. We had worried about buying a mattress online, but we should not have. Service was excellent and we saved a small fortune!
