Yes, SleepSoul mattresses are versatile and designed to be compatible with most bed bases, including divans, bed frames, slatted bases, adjustable beds, and platform beds. To maximise mattress performance, ensure that your base is sturdy, flat, and provides good support. Slatted bases should have slats no more than 7cm apart to maintain the mattress’s integrity and comfort. Using a suitable bed base will also extend the life of your SleepSoul mattress, ensuring lasting comfort and durability.

Upon delivery, your SleepSoul mattress will be rolled, vacuum-sealed, and boxed for convenient transportation. Once unpacked, most SleepSoul mattresses fully expand within 24 hours; however, they can usually be slept on comfortably after just a few hours. To achieve optimum comfort and shape, it's best to allow your mattress to expand fully for a full day. Ensure the mattress is placed on a flat surface in a well-ventilated room to aid the expansion process.

To keep your SleepSoul mattress in optimal condition, rotate it head-to-toe regularly, ideally every three months (but we recommend this is done weekly for the first month after delivery).
SleepSoul mattresses are designed with specific comfort layers, so they do not require flipping over. Use a mattress protector to protect against stains and moisture. Air your mattress periodically by removing bedding for a few hours, helping it stay fresh and prolonging its lifespan.
