We will do one of three things:
- A local charity may want it. We have given them many items in the last year
- We may recycle the mattress
- Some mattresses cannot be recycled, and so we use a local disposal service to take care of the goods.
Product Description
The Castellum is a beautifully designed, contemporary sleigh bedstead that would compliment both modern and traditional bedroom decor. It has a high-quality steel-coloured fabric cover that is easy to clean and feels very luxurious.
The Castellum benefits from having solid hardwood, dark-coloured bun feet which are very strong and will last for the life of the bedstead. The base is a metal frame with sprung beech flexible slats which both increase support by helping the mattress to take the shape of your body more successfully and help to increase the life of your mattress by relieving the pressure underneath it. A sprung base can increase mattress life by up to 30%.
The curve on The Castellum headboard is extremely comfortable to lean against so it will suit those of us who like to read or watch television in bed. The foot end of the bed has been kept reasonably low to give the impression of more space in the bedroom.
The base of the Castellum bedstead is strengthened with a metal centre rail, which is in turn supported by 2 middle legs to ensure that there is no movement from the base.
The entire package is very easy to assemble using the simple instructions and tools which are provided.
