The Excel Hybrid 8000 Mattress uses both Medical Grade foam and an incredible 8000 pocket springs, contributing to the support and feel of the mattress in different ways.
9cm of Medical Grade foam has been placed in each mattress in the Mammoth Excel range. This superior foam utilises Posturecell technology and has been developed by healthcare professionals to reduce pain and accelerate physical recovery times. This foam eases the pressure on your body as you sleep, and has been scientifically proven to help you get to sleep faster and sleep longer.
This incredible material is supported by an incredible 8000 pocket springs (in a kingsize model). These individually pocketed springs provide secure support to the foam above them, and are placed to provide zonal support - the Excel Hybrid 8000 is divided into 7 different comfort zones, helping to ensure that the support you need is in exactly the right places. These pocket springs provide secure comfort right across the mattress and are fully foam-encapsulated to increase edge-to-edge support across the mattress.
