The Posture Comfort mattress is built around a core of Open Coil springs that provide excellent, efficient support. Dura Beds have applied fibre fillings to the sleeping surfaces of this mattress. As a turnable mattress, this means that both sides have layers of fibre fillings, all compressed into a high density to ensure the firmer feel is maintained. Those dimple-like features on the surface of the mattress are as a result of a cord being passed through the mattress to bind the fillings in place, preventing them from moving over time, as well as increasing durability.
