Midas touch pocket springs are unique and offer a different feel to that of the traditional pocket spring. There are 2000 of these variable rate pocket springs in a Kingsize Hornbeam 2000 mattress, which give an initially softer feel, followed by firmer support as you sink further into the mattress. These springs are supported by two rows of hand side-stitching. This is a traditional mattress-making technique that shores up the mattress walls and allows more of the mattress surface area to be used, assisting the pocket springs to give you edge-to-edge support.

The Hornbeam 2000 mattress is full of natural fibres. Duvalay's signature Wooltec is used - an incredible material crafted from lambswool that gives increased temperature control, durability, and comfort, as well as lusciously soft and comforting cashmere layers. These natural fibres are hand-tufted using wool rosettes for the perfect finish.

The Hornbeam 2000 is finished in a soft Viscose cover, with air vents to increase air flow through the mattress and flag-stitched handles for ease of movement. This is a no-turn mattress for easy care, meaning that the Hornbeam 2000 only requires rotating to maintain it.
