Still not sure? It has a 200-night sleep trial. You can use it for 200 nights and decide for sure if this is the mattress for you! If you are not happy with this mattress, we would be happy to pick it up from you and swap it for another mattress of your choice.
When it came to creating the Emma Original Mattress, nothing was overlooked, and no stone was left unturned. There are three layers of foam within this mattress, all working in harmony to provide a wonderfully comfortable and supportive mattress. The lifetime of this mattress is increased with a sturdy HRX Supreme foam foundation layer that holds firm and prevents any drooping; this is the foundation layer of this no-turn Emma mattress.
Next up is the layer of cutting-edge Halo foam, which conforms to the curve of your body to precisely align your spine. This layer acts as the perfect hybrid between the firmer foundation layer below, and the softer layers above. The Halo Foam provides targeted support and comfort, exactly where it is needed.
The top layer is a wonderfully comfortable and innovative Point Elastic Airgocell layer. This brand-new technology sits at the top of the Emma Original Mattress, expertly enhancing breathability and controlling temperature. This clever sleeping surface, which is covered in a removable and breathable cover, is the ideal combination for a restful night's sleep.
This Emma mattress is very easy to transfer upstairs, through narrow staircases, and into loft spaces when it is rolled and vacuum-packed. Once carefully opened, the Emma Original mattress will be ready for use in just 2-3 hours but will appear fully inflated within minutes.
Benefits and Specifications:
Emma Halo Foam – Unique Halo Foam moulds to the contours of your body for precise spinal alignment, enhanced pressure relief, and excellent comfort.
Point Elastic Airgocell Foam – Open-celled HRX layer to enhance airflow. This luxury layer will evaporate moisture, keeping your body cool and dry throughout the night.
HRX Foam - HRX stands for "High Resiliency Extra". Providing sufficient counterpressure, this layer is designed to keep your spine evenly aligned for maximum relief and recovery and will allow for this in any sleeping position.
Luxury Removable Cover - The mattress cover includes handles and is both removable and washable up to 40°C to ensure a fresh surface and a healthy night's sleep.
Air Vents - The air flow vents ensure that the mattress breathes and maintains a fresh and dry sleeping environment throughout the night. Night after night.
Easy Care - No need to turn, but the mattress will require rotation (spinning around) once per season, although we suggest more often in the early weeks after delivery).

Glossary
- Memory Foam
Memory Foam was invented by NASA in 1966. The idea was to improve the safety of aircraft cushions, but it was not long before th material was developed further and used in more and more products. Memory Foam is an open cell construction, which reacts to body heat and weight. The more heat applied, the softer the material gets. This, in turn, allows the weight applied to sink deeper. Memory Foam can be made at various densities to result in different tensions/firmnesses.
The crucial element of Memory Foam is that it softens and moulds to the body shape. This ability allows for very accurate contour support and weight distribution. This ability makes Memory Foam a desirable material for mattresses. Some mattresses are completely Memory Foam, perhaps using different layers of various densities. Some mattresses use Memory Foam to compliment a Spring Unit.
As Memory Foam requires heat to achieve its desired state, the heat is stored. Some people are not keen on Memory Foam as this heat can gradually build, resulting in a warm bed. However, this stereotype can be seen as outdated, as many manufacturers have solved the issue by applying new techniques to compliment the Foam. Techniques such as Outlast and Coolmax. Memory Foam is also Hypoallergenic and is therefore very popular with Asthma and Allergy sufferers.
