The new Harrison Spinks Canberra 8500 mattress is a wonderfully natural box-top mattress packed to the brim with natural, sustainable fibres. Harrison's mattresses are renowned for incredible support and luxury, as well as sustainable technologies. Each Harrison Spinks mattress is available in your choice of tension (Soft, Medium, or Firm) and built to incredibly high standards and specifications by hand in their Yorkshire factory.
The Canberra 8500 is perfect for those who want natural, traditional support with exceptional pressure relieving qualities. Layers of innovative springs perform different roles within the mattress. Larger Cortec™ springs provide a solid, stable base. Sat amongst layers of sustainable Ecotex fibres, these springs give secure support that reduces motion transfer on the mattress, allowing the other elements of the Canberra mattress to work perfectly even when you move on the mattress.
Three further layers of HD2500 micro springs are placed in the Canberra mattress - one layer in the mattress core and two more in the pillow top. Micro springs were developed by Harrison Spinks to provide pressure relief similar to the feeling of memory foam, in a more sustainable, eco-friendly way. These contouring springs are superbly comforting, especially when paired with the layers of natural fibres Harrison's are so famous for.
The natural fibres used in the Canberra 8500 mattress are sustainably farmed, and some layers such as hemp and flax, are even grown by Harrison Spinks themselves. British wool and cotton blends have been chosen for this mattress, blending wool with flax and viscose, and cotton with flax and hemp for a luxurious feel to the mattress. These blends are not only comfortable but breathable too, keeping you cooler through the night by reducing heat build-up in the mattress.
This Pillow Top mattress is finished with an FR chemical-free cover that has been woven in-house by Harrison Spinks. There are three rows of hand-side stitching for edge-to-edge support.
The Canberra 8500 Mattress designed to last is covered by a 10-Year manufacturer's warranty. Harrison Spinks are a Carbon Neutral+ company - the only UK bedmaker with this status, and this mattress is chemical and glue-free and 100% recyclable at the end of its life. You can sleep in comfort and complete peace of mind when you buy a Canberra Pillow Top mattress.
We will deliver this Eco-Friendly mattress for free to your room of choice with our two-person team (offshore charges apply).
