The Harrison Spinks Perth 12,000 Mattress is an incredible new pillow top mattress from the famous Yorkshire bedmaker. With 12,000 springs in total (in a kingsize mattress) and a choice of soft, medium, or firm tensions, the Perth 12,000 mattress is an exquisitely made natural mattress that is also kind to the planet from start to finish.
Whilst the tension in the Perth 12000 mattress is customisable, the support provided by the layers of pocket springs remains secure and stable in any comfort option. Dual-action Cortec™ pocket springs are the world's first 100% recyclable, glue-free pocket springs, and they provide a core base of support within the mattress core. These springs are incredibly supportive, helping to keep you secure on the mattress by reducing roll-together and motion transfer to a minimum. The base of the mattress is further stabilised by layers of sustainable Ecotex fibres and Posturfil pocket springs, keeping the Cortec springs secure whilst gently softening them.
The natural fibres start within the core of the mattress, with a layer of soft cotton, flax, and mohair blend gently cushioning a layer of micro springs. In the pillow top, two layers of HD 2500 and HD 4000 micro springs are paled between breathable layers of fibre blends. Natural British wool is blended with viscose, hemp, mohair and flax, with cotton blends added for extra softness and increased airflow. This creates a pillow top of incredible luxury that you can sink into at the end of a long day.
Micro springs offer incredible pressure relief, acting as an environmentally friendly alternative to memory foam. Harrison Spinks developed micro-spring technology and the Cortec spring system themselves, so the spring quality within the Perth 12,000 mattress is second to none. Thie Peth 12000 mattress features two rows of hand-side stitching for increased edge-to-edge support.
Natural fibres in the Perth pillow top mattress are all sustainably sourced, with some material grown in-house by Harrison Spinks. The soft, chemical-free mattress cover is also woven in-house by the Yorkshire bedmakers. This mattress is 100% recyclable at the end of its long life.
