This new specification has two updated features; the cover is now a cooling cover, and the soft wool is now sourced from a different farm. The Hypnos Regency Sandringham Sublime is a wonderful mattress, a favourite of all here at MyNextMattress, so much so that two members of the team have one for themselves! This excellent mattress has been running for several years, but enjoyed a facelift in the summer of 2019, with the introduction of a new cover material and a new source of wool.

The specification of the Hypnos Sandringham is extremely good. This includes a Pocket Spring system, which has been developed and refined to offer the most accurate and responsive support possible. Quite simply unrivalled. The Individual Pocket Springs are counted in their thousands, but Hypnos keep the precise count a secret, as the UltraSens system is an industry benchmark. The UltraSens system sees the Hypnos Pocket Spring refined to enable a variation on firmness (and therefore support) as more weight is applied. This variation is controlled by having different pressure thresholds - referred to as 'Turns' by Hypnos - and the more Turns, the more variation and progressive support. This unique design means that each spring will respond precisely, instantly and to the exact firmness required by that tiny part of the body at that exact moment. The Hypnos Sandringham Sublime has 17 Turns.

This mattress has deep layers of natural fillings on the sleeping surface. These fillings are all 100% natural and are applied by hand to ensure an even, consistent and durable level of settlement. The hand application of the fillings is a time-consuming and skilled process. Hypnos' craftsmen and women have the skills to create a supremely comfortable and luxurious, deep pad of natural fillings. These fillings include the finest New Zealand Wool, luxuriously soft Cashmere, Alpaca and soft Mohair as well as Camel Hair. These fibre fillings combine to produce one of the most luxurious feels on the market. Simply incredible levels of comfort and luxury.

The Sandringham is traditionally Hand Tufted. This process is applied to Hypnos mattresses to ensure durability and consistent support on the surface, something which is important on mattresses designed to last a couple of decades. The level of detail applied to this mattress ensures the Hypnos Sandringham Sublime stands out from the crowd. Whether it be the silky smooth and irresistibly tactile Silk and Bamboo infused Damask cover material, or the breather vents and flag stitched handles on all sides, the Sandringham Sublime has the details that make the difference. The cover material is a Wool and Viscose Belgian Damask, to aid the moisture and heat management properties of the mattress. Hypnos has also infused the cover of the Sandringham with 37.5 Degree Technology, a pioneering change that sees minute particles infused in the fibres of the fabric. These particles draw excess heat away if the body exceeds 37.5 degrees, keeping you cool and comfortable throughout the night. This is further enhanced by the 16 breather vents found around the mattress.
