This mattress has a beautifully delicate and soft surface layer, combined with a more supportive foundation, combining to offer a unique feel.
The Medical Grade Foam at the core of this mattress is designed to offer support and comfort. The only mattress manufacturer to ever have had the endorsement of the NHS, the Medical Grade Foam used by Mammoth was invented for the purpose of sleep support and recovery. This type of foam offer incredible support without compromising on comfort.
The Performance Sky 270 mattress has a foundation layer of 18cm of the Medical Grade Foam, which excellently supports the body, improving posture and enhancing sleep. As well as this wonderfully deep and supportive foundation layer, the Performance Sky 270 mattress has a deep layer of luxury on the surface. Made to a high density, but of a soft comfort level, this 7cm deep surface layer is incredibly luxurious. The deep, soft and contour-hugging comfort of this layer feels like floating on a cloud. The combination of the foundation layer and the surface layer results in a brilliant mattress, completely unique in feel and incredible value for money.
This Mammoth mattress boasts 3 Zones, which all work to support the body in different ways. The lumbar region of the body is supported exactly as it needs to be, as the main area where body weight is applied to the mattress. This area of the mattress is made to a very slightly different specification and offers greater support as a result.
This Mammoth mattress has a Tencel fibre smart material cover, which increases heat and moisture movement through the mattress, increasing comfort and durability. This cover is removable and washable.
