This mattress has three main ingredients; a 2000 Pocket Spring unit, a deep layer of supportive foam and a top of soft, luxurious Memory Foam. Delivered to you rolled up, this mattress is ideal for homes with tight staircases or other access issues.
The Uno Memory Pocket 2000 mattress is a great mattress, very popular and made to a high standard. This mattress has a 10-year guarantee, which is testament to the durability and quality of the mattress.
The 2000 Pocket Springs used in this Uno mattress all work independently to move like pistons, up and down as weight is applied. Each spring is sat within its own 'pocket' of fabric, ensuring that they cannot interfere or compromise surrounding springs. The result of this is that each spring can concentrate on a specific area of the body, promoting good posture and preventing aches and pains from forming, the result of pressure points due to lack of support.
Breasley have added a supportive layer of high-density foam to the mattress, creating a firmer, supportive core to the mattress and giving you the support needed. On top of the mattress is a 5cm layer of softer, luxurious Memory Foam. This layer is designed to offer a welcoming cushion that is soft and comfortable.
This Uno mattress has a soft, tactile and durable cover material. This fabric is silky-smooth and very soft, it's almost a shame to use a bedsheet! Not only is this high-quality fabric very comfortable, but Breasley have applied their Adaptive & Fresche technology, preventing bed bugs and dust mites from thriving in the mattress, as well as fighting against bacteria, keeping the mattress fresh at all times.

Glossary
- Pocket Sprung
Pocket Sprung units are an adaption of the traditional open coil/continuous spring unit. By placing each spring in its own individual 'pocket' (a fabric sock-like pouch), the spring is not joined to any other part of the mattress. The pocket that supports the spring is then joined to its neighbouring pockets and this effect creates a unique feel.
By creating a spring unit in this way, it allows the springs to move independently, rather than sharing the pressure with surrounding springs. This effect allows for much more accurate contour following and a more comfortable feel overall.
If you were to push your hand into a traditionally sprung mattress, the area around your hand would dip/sink too. With Pocket Springs, this sunken area is much more remote and therefore more accurately follows the contours of the pressure source. There are differences in the techniques used to create Pocket Springs, but more or less they remain the same.
