What types of single mattresses are there?
Single mattresses come in all types, there are no exclusions and all suppliers make mattresses in this size. Rolled foam mattresses are very popular, largely because they tend to be shallower in depth, which should be a consideration when purchasing a Single size mattress.

What is the best single mattress?
There is no easy answer to this! Every person is different in terms of their physical requirements and their own preferences. There is no ‘one mattress to suit everyone’. However, we would recommend a mattress with a shallower depth than normal, foam or latex for example. If the single mattress is to be used by an adult, you may also wish to consider the strength of the sidewalls, which helps increase the overall size of the comfortable sleeping area.
