The Ortho 1400 is a Pocket Sprung mattress, which will support the body instantly and effortlessly. This mattress is packed full of natural fillings, all applied by hand to ensure an even and luxurious sleeping surface. This is a firmer feeling mattress, as is controlled by the density of the fillings, as well as the springs themselves.

The 1400 Rest Assured Pocket Spring unit at the core of this mattress has been created to support the body perfectly. Each spring moves independently to conform to the contours of the body, resulting in excellent posture and pressure-relieving comfort.

The natural fillings in the surface of this mattress include Lambs Wool and Cotton. These deep layers of natural fillings are applied by hand to ensure an even finish and are as breathable as they are luxurious. These deep layers of luxury are bound in place by the hand tufting technique. This process sees a cord fed through the mattress and tufted on both sides, which binds the fillings in place and refines the tension to a specific level.
