The Shakespeare Natural 1000 Comfort is a part of the stunning Naturals collection from British mattress-maker Shakespeare Beds. Natural mattresses have re-taken the lead from foam and gel mattresses in recent years and are a hugely popular style of mattress. The Natural Comfort 1000 mattress from Shakespeare is designed to marry comfort with support whilst remaining incredible value for money.
At the heart of the Natural Comfort 1000 are deep layers of natural fillings. Wool layers form a breathable, supportive core, whilst silk and cashmere layers add that extra dose of softness to the mattress. Packed together expertly, these layers create a supportive, yet exceedingly comfortable, medium-feel mattress.
The main source of support in the Natural Comfort 1000 mattress is the 1000 individual pocket springs within the mattress core. These springs offer robust yet gentle support to you as you sleep, which is complemented beautifully by the luscious layers of natural fillings. These springs work in harmony with the layers of fillings and the soft Viscose fabric quilted cover to truly deserve the "comfort" the name suggests!
This Shakespeare mattress is Hypoallergenic, allowing you to sleep soundly throughout the year, and there are side vents in the walls of the mattress to increase airflow. Combined with the naturally breathable fibre fillings within the mattress, the vents allow for temperature regulation, which helps keep both you and the mattress cooler and healthier.
The Natural comfort 1000 mattress is double-sided, so both sides can be used to sleep on. We recommend turning and rotating your mattress seasonally here at MyNextMattress, with increased frequency immediately after purchase. This is to allow natural fibres to settle correctly and thus extend the lifespan of the mattress. There are handles to assist in moving the mattress.
