Product Description
The Shire Beds Ortho Quilted Mattress is an Open coil Bonnel spring mattress for a firmer feel and a steel rod edge support. Suitable for both adults and children, quilted for extra comfort.
At the core of the Essential Ortho Quilted mattress, Shire Beds have used a 12.5G open coil Bonnel spring unit designed to give extra firm support. Packed around this spring system are four layers of firm, natural fibres. These layers are expertly arranged so that the same feel is achieved on either side of this turnable mattress.
The edges of the Ortho Tufted are made extremely durable by a steel rod edge, which is designed to strengthen the edges of the mattress to reduce the sensation of rolling off the bed and thus extend the usable surface area of the mattress.
This mattress is quilted for extra comfort.
This is a turnable mattress so both sides of the product can be slept on. There are handles along the sides of the mattress to assist with turning it over. MyNextMattress recommends a seasonal turn.
