We will do one of three things:
- A local charity may want it. We have given them many items in the last year
- We may recycle the mattress
- Some mattresses cannot be recycled, and so we use a local disposal service to take care of the goods.
Product Description
The Pictor 1000 mattress from Shire Beds is a part of the brand new Solaris range. Packed full with deep layers of high-density polyester, and supported by 1000 individual pocket springs, the Pictor 1000 is an excellent choice for those who prefer a medium-soft feel to their mattress.
the core of the Pictor mattress is pocket springs. Individually pocketed springs are designed to each move independently of one another, maintaining support across the full length and breadth of the mattress. Pocket springs allow for more tailored support than a traditional open coil mattress.
Packed around this core of springs, Shire Beds have expertly placed layers high-density polyester. Polyester is a man-made material that when layered in this way creates a comfortable sleep experience, working hand in hand with the springs to provide you with a superior sleep.
The Pictor 1000 is finished in a luscious quilted knit fabric, complete with a matching colour border. The sides of the mattress are vented to allow increased airflow through the mattress keeping it cooler and healthier for longer.
This is a turnable mattress, so both sides can be used to sleep on. There are handles for ease of use on the sidewalls. MyNextMattress recommends turning the mattress seasonally, however, turn more frequently immediately after purchase to allow the fillings to settle correctly.
