We will do one of three things:
- A local charity may want it. We have given them many items in the last year
- We may recycle the mattress
- Some mattresses cannot be recycled, and so we use a local disposal service to take care of the goods.
Product Description
The Shire Bed Co. Pocket Ortho Mattress is a firmer feel mattress with 1000 pocket springs and fibre fillings.
The Pocket Ortho contains 1000 pocket springs at the mattress core surrounded by firmer natural fibres. These materials are expertly placed within the mattress to provide extra firm, orthopaedic support for you and your partner throughout the night and as you move around on the bed.
The Pocket Ortho is a tufted mattress. This traditional method of mattress finish ensures all of the fillings and springs are contained in such a way as to complete the ortho feel to the mattress. Shire Beds have used Egyptian White Cotton fabrics, for a softer touch feel for comfort.
This mattress only requires rotating to maintain correctly. We recommend a seasonal rotation, with more rotations when you first purchase the mattress to allow the natural fibres to settle.
