All the items shown in this category have been returned (or collected) to us. There are numerous reasons for this sort of thing to happen, but most often it is that people have tried an item in our sleep trial and then wish to exchange it. Sometimes people wish to return an item because the couriers cannot deliver it to the room of choice, due to a tight stairway etc. We will always offer a reason for the goods being returned.
