If you are not happy with this mattress, we would be happy to pick it up from you and offer another mattress of your choice in exchange.

One of the key features of the Emma Premium Mattress is its durability. The mattress is built with six layers of premium materials, including pocket springs and Point Elastic Airgocell Technology, which work together to provide excellent support and breathability. The pocket springs are individually wrapped coils that conform to the shape of your body, providing targeted support to different areas of the body. The Point Elastic Airgocell Technology is a unique material that is both breathable and supportive, ensuring that the mattress stays cool throughout the night while still providing the necessary support.

In addition to the support provided by the pocket springs and Point Elastic Airgocell Technology, the Emma Premium Mattress also includes a Halo Memory Foam layer and an Emma HRX Supreme Layer. The memory foam conforms to the shape of your body and provides pressure relief, while the Emma HRX Supreme Layer is a high-density foam that provides additional support and durability.

The Emma Premium Mattress is also designed with five support zones, which provide targeted support to different areas of the body. This helps to ensure that the mattress is able to provide the right level of support for each individual, regardless of sleeping position or body shape. Emma mattresses are among the most versatile on the market today, making them ideal for a huge range of people and requirements.

One of the most notable features of the Emma Premium Mattress is its luxurious cover. The Emma UltraDry Original Cover is removable and washable, making it easy to keep the mattress clean and fresh. It also has a unique moisture-wicking technology that helps to keep the mattress dry and cool throughout the night.

The Emma Premium Mattress also comes with a 10-year warranty, providing customers with peace of mind knowing that they are investing in a high-quality product that is built to last.

Overall, the Emma Premium Mattress is a top-of-the-line mattress that provides excellent support, comfort, and breathability. With a 200-night sleep trial, durable construction, and a removable, washable cover, it is a great option for anyone looking for a high-quality mattress.

What sizes does the Emma Premium mattress come in?

The Emma Premium mattress is available in Single, Double, King Size, and Super King Size.

Is Emma Premium the same as Emma Hybrid?

The Emma Premium Mattress is sometimes referred to as the Emma Premium Hybrid Mattress because it combines layers of pocket springs and memory foam. However, it should not be confused with another Emma hybrid mattress which is Emma Smart Hybrid Mattress.

The Emma Premium Mattress contains 750 pocket springs. These springs are individually encased, providing targeted support and enhancing the overall comfort and durability of the mattress.

How many nights trial. Is it 200 for Emma mattress or 60?

The sleep trial we offer as standard is 60 nights, but some mattresses may have longer, such as this Emma mattress.

What are the benefits of buying an Emma mattress?

Emma mattresses are the most popular hybrid mattresses on the market today. The blend of pocket springs and luxury foam results in great support and comfort.

Is delivery free if there is no urgency?

Yes, delivery is completely free for all onshore deliveries. Offshore Isles have a surcharge.

Is this Emma mattress one of the best mattresses for the money?

This is certainly one of our more popular mattresses and has been since it was introduced.

How long before you should sleep on the new mattress?

We would suggest leaving the Emma Premium Mattress for around 4hrs minimum before using it, although the longer you can leave it the better, as this will allow for better inflation and quicker off-gassing.

Do you take the old mattress away?

Yes, we can do that for you when we deliver the Emma Premium Mattress. You will see this option in the checkout after you've chosen your delivery date.

Does the mattress arrive rolled or flat?

Yes, the Emma Premium mattress is delivered rolled up, and takes around 4hrs to expand.

What is the depth of the Emma Premium mattress range?

The Emma Premium mattress is 25cm deep.

Can I use the Emma Premium mattress on a slatted bed?

Yes you can, as long as the slats are not more than 7cm apart from each other.

You have a very long sleep trial on this mattress, which allows you to return it and swap it for any other mattress on our website. You simply contact us and we will arrange for the exchange!

Are these brand new mattresses? Not ones returned by buyers?

These are all completely brand new, unopened, unused and ready for delivery!

What sort of base is best for an Emma premium mattress?

Any base is fine for use with the Emma Premium. The one exception is if the base is a slatted base and the slats are more than 7cm apart from each other, this would damage the mattress.

Can the Emma Premium mattress be used on an adjustable bed?

No, we would not advise using this mattress on an adjustable bed as it is not designed to bend or twist.

Does the Emma Hybrid mattress need turning?

Yes, the Emma Premium mattress is a no-turn mattress, only needing rotation once per season, although we recommend once per week for the first month to aid even settlement when required.

Glossary

  • Memory Foam

Memory Foam was invented by NASA in 1966. The idea was to improve the safety of aircraft cushions, but it was not long before th material was developed further and used in more and more products. Memory Foam is an open cell construction, which reacts to body heat and weight. The more heat applied, the softer the material gets. This, in turn, allows the weight applied to sink deeper. Memory Foam can be made at various densities to result in different tensions/firmnesses.

The crucial element of Memory Foam is that it softens and moulds to the body shape. This ability allows for very accurate contour support and weight distribution. This ability makes Memory Foam a desirable material for mattresses. Some mattresses are completely Memory Foam, perhaps using different layers of various densities. Some mattresses use Memory Foam to compliment a Spring Unit.

As Memory Foam requires heat to achieve its desired state, the heat is stored. Some people are not keen on Memory Foam as this heat can gradually build, resulting in a warm bed. However, this stereotype can be seen as outdated, as many manufacturers have solved the issue by applying new techniques to compliment the Foam. Techniques such as Outlast and Coolmax. Memory Foam is also Hypoallergenic and is therefore very popular with Asthma and Allergy sufferers.
