Complete with the fantastic Hypnos ReActive spring system, the Bedstead Three offers support exactly where support is required. As the ReActive springs come under pressure, they react accordingly, ensuring support exactly where required and to the level required. These pressure thresholds are know as 'Turns', and respond instantly to the body's contours and weight as it is applied.
The Hypnos ReActive unit used in the Bedstead Three is a Zoned spring system. 3 Zones are created within the spring unit, by using different gauges of wire, to enable the lumbar region of the body to receive an additional element of refined response, preventing painful aches in the morning. This simple technique is hugely successful.
This turnable mattress has reinforced side walls, offering strength right up to the edge of the mattress. In a Double size, this has been proven to increase the comfortable sleeping surface by up to 10%. This increased strength is gained by hand tufting the sides of the mattress, binding the side walls to the interior of the mattress, and increasing it's overall strength and durability. This Hypnos mattress also has handles and breather vents sides to aid moisture and heat management, further increasing it's durability.The cover material of this mattress acknowledges Hypnos' constant strive for improvement and refinement. The cover material is the silky smooth, luxurious and tactile Belgian Damask you would expect of Hypnos, but also has a final flourish. This latest generation Hypnos mattress boasts Cocona. This completely natural fibre is designed to maintain a comfortable, cool micro-climate, and allows for quick evaporation of moisture, ensuring a comfortable nights sleep, night after night.
