The Elite Posture Silk is part of the all-new Posture Support collection from Hypnos, a range of beds designed to appeal to those who prefer a firmer feel. These mattresses are packed full of natural fillings, held together slightly more tightly than in other mattresses, and built around a pocket spring unit, which has a firmer gauge than other mattresses.
The Elite Posture Silk has luxurious fillings, including Silk (as the name would suggest), British Lambswool and cotton. The fillings are applied by hand to ensure an even and consistent finish. These natural fillings are also breathable and wonderfully comfortable, Wool is also bed-bug resistant.
The pocket spring unit used by Hypnos in this mattress is the ReActive 8 turn spring, which is fantastic and offering support and comfort without compromise. With normal pocket springs, the spring compresses as weight is applied, offering accurate support as the springs do not interfere with one another. With a Hypnos ReActive spring, this is taken further as the spring will actually get firmer as more weight energy is applied. This means that the areas of the body that require more support will get it (hips and shoulders), this is truly an orthopaedic mattress.
The Hypnos Elite Posture Silk mattress has 2 rows of hand stitched side borders, which increase the strength of the side wall of the mattress, which will increase the size of the comfortable sleeping area of the mattress. There are breather vents for air movement, and there are handles to make moving the mattress easy too. This is a turnable mattress, so we recommend moving it once every month or so.
The cover of this Hypnos mattress is a silky smooth and tactile cocona-infused material, which is not only very comfortable but is excellent at staying cool. This mattress is a tufted mattress, so the firmness is consistent and will stand the test of time.

Any faults reported in the Guarantee period will result in a replacement for you at no cost whatsoever, pending confirmation of the fault by the manufacturer.
At MyNextMattress, we also go a step further and will offer you the choice of any item on our website, not just a like for like replacement from the same manufacturer. We will also exchange the goods for you at no charge (some offshore delivery costs may apply).
