The Hypnos Heritage Viceroy is one of the finest Hypnos mattresses ever made. As one of the top two mattresses in the Heritage Collection, this mattress is designed and produced without compromise. Every aspect of this mattress is made to the very highest standards, using all of Hypnos' know-how and experience, gained over the generations. The Viceroy is available as a Regular or Firm tension, we stock the Regular.

The Viceroy boasts the UltraSens Spring System, designed to respond absolutely perfectly to the weight energy being applied. The springs are pocket springs, and therefore act individually to assure you of the best level of support possible. Hypnos pocket springs are like no other, however. The UltraSens system reacts according to the pressure applied, so where there is more energy going into the spring, it reacts and becomes firmer. This results in perfect support exactly where required, as well as mirroring the body's contours accurately. A Hypnos spring gives this support as it reaches a compression threshold, known as Turns. The more turns, the more gradual and refined accuracy the spring offers.

The UltraSense spring differs from it's Sister unit, the ReActive spring with one small detail. While the ReActive spring offers the same pressure reactive support, the UltraSens has refined ends to the spring, adding a final element of luxury, as the end of the spring responds delicately and provides a feel of subtle response, beautifully complimented by the deep pad of natural fillings.

As well as the very best spring unit, the Heritage Viceroy offers the very best fillings too, and in volume. The Viceroy has a deep layer of hand applied fillings, which include British Wool, Cashmere, hand teased Hair and Lambs Wool. These layers result in an incredibly sumptuous feel, that is almost unrivalled.

This turnable Hypnos mattress has all the traditional features you would expect from this family run company, which has held the Royal Warrant for generations. The 3 rows of side stitched borders are completed by hand, a highly skilled job, and something that adds extra strength to the sides of the mattress, a benefit to the smaller sized beds. The Viceroy has breather vents on all sides to aid moisture and heat management, something that will not only leave you refreshed and comfortable, but will also prolong the lifespan of the mattress itself. The handles on this mattress are flag stitched in place, this is done by hand and will provide strength and durability.

The cover material of the mattress is the finest quality Belgian Damask. Renowned for it's quality and durability, this damask is also infused with Bamboo for it's natural ability to maintain a comfortable temperature, as well as helping dissipate moisture. The surface layers are bound together by the hand applied tufts, something which ensures a level and even settlement over time, and further increases durability.
