Made using 100% recyclable materials from sustainable and responsible sources, the Natural Ortho Elegance mattress is proof that incredible luxury and an excellent night's sleep do not have to come at the expense of our planet. 

The primary body of support in the Natural Ortho Elegance comes from a firm, ReActive 9-turn pocket spring unit. Placed expertly by hand to provide tailored pressure relief across the whole body, these high-quality springs have been engineered to provide a firmer level of support that extends right to the edges of the Natural Ortho Elegance. Ably assisted by three rows of genuine hand side-stitching in the border, there is true edge-to-edge support, meaning that you can starfish to your heart's content and remain supported across the sleeping surface.

Only the finest filling materials will do for the Natural Ortho Elegance, as these are the real stars of the mattress specification. Generously layered by hand by Hypnos' expert craftspeople. the Natural Ortho Elegance mattress features an incredible 3 fleeces (6kg) of traceable British Wool, a soft comfort layer of organic cotton with flax and hemp, and an eOlus™ recycled fibre comfort pad. British wool is a wonderful material that is not only sustainable and naturally cooling, but also a premier mattress filling as it is comfortable and cushioning. Atop the wool, soft organic cotton is layered with flax and hemp. These materials provide further cushioning without losing the firm tension of the mattress, whilst simultaneously, their own natural cooling properties work together with the wool to increase the airflow within the mattress, keeping you cooler and dryer for longer and extending the mattress' lifespan. This cotton layer is complemented further with an eOlus recycled fibre comfort pad, which only adds to the luxury of this Hypnos mattress.

The Natural Ortho Elegance mattress is available in two tensions. The standard "firm" tension and a slightly firmer, "Extra Firm" tension. The specification remains the same, however, the fillings are packed with a slightly different method to create a slightly harder, but no less luxurious, feel to the Natural Ortho Elegance. This is a turnable mattress, that should be turned and rotated seasonally, however, we recommend turning more regularly immediately after purchase to allow the natural fibres to settle correctly.
