The Hypnos Clarence Sublime mattress is a stunning mattress, topping the excellent Regency Collection. The Clarence Sublime is an evolution of one of the most luxurious mattresses made by Hypnos, the Clarence Supreme. This new, updated model shares the same DNA, and only features the differentiating details of having a new cover material (37.5 Deg Technology) and the Wool is now sourced from a new farm. Other than that, this incredible mattress remains every bit the same mattress it was and maintains its place at the top of the collection.

The Hypnos Regency Clarence Sublime is the all-new, 'sublime' addition to the Regency Collection, a range of beds long established as the finest in the World. This new mattress deserves its place at the head of this collection, boasting details and specifications that other brands can only dream of achieving. Customer feedback on this mattress is excellent, and that's no surprise. This mattress offers absolute luxury, and thanks to the clever Hypnos springs, it also offers excellent support.

The Clarence Sublime features the famous Hypnos UltraSens Spring System. A high spring count Pocket Spring unit, but pioneered at Hypnos to offer a precise and instant amount of support, exactly where and when required. A standard pocket spring will compress according to the thickness of the wire, therefore the feel of the spring is biased towards the support or comfort. With the UltraSens system, the spring has different pressure thresholds, and according to the weight applied, the spring will move through these thresholds and will become firmer the more it compresses. The result is simple; the more pressure applied - the firmer it gets. This simple technique is unique to Hypnos and results in perfect, orthopaedic support, without compromising on comfort. The Regency Clarence has a 17 Turn spring, meaning there are 17 different pressure-responsive thresholds and the outcome is an unrivalled level of support.

The deep layers of hand-applied natural fillings in this mattress include super-soft New Zealand Wool, Bamboo and Alpaca. The Clarence Sublime also has a stunningly comfortable and luxurious layer of Pashmina. This is the only Hypnos mattress with such a layer and underlines the Clarence Sublime's position as the top of the range mattress. These luxury layers are applied by hand to ensure the comfort is exquisite and the durability excellent. These natural fillings are breathable and remain cool and comfortable throughout the night, as well as remaining even and consistent throughout the mattress' long life.

This Hypnos Regency mattress has the sleeping surfaces' (turnable mattress) bound to the core of the mattress by Tufts. This process requires a great deal of skill and experience to perfect, and Hypnos are World leaders. The method sees a chord fed through the mattress under tension and capped on the surfaces. This is the button-like feature on the sleeping surfaces. This process increases the durability of the mattress, as well as fine-tuning its firmness.

The Clarence Supreme mattress also boasts chrome breather vents all sides, further enhancing the breathable nature of the mattress offered by the fibres used in the mattress. These vents allow the air to move freely, maintaining a comfortable temperature and moisture level throughout the night. The cover material is a wonderfully sumptuous Belgian Damask, which is infused with Wool and Viscose, even further enhancing the heat and moisture management properties of this Hypnos bed.
One of the updates for the Sublime specification of the Clarence is that this cover is infused with 37.5 Degree Technology, a new improvement that sees microscopic particles inside the fibres of the fabric. Acting like a thermostat, these fibres absorb excess heat when the bed rises above 37.5 degrees Celcius. When the bed cools below this, it will release the heat. The overall effect is to ensure you remain comfortable at all times.
