That makes them ideal if you prefer a cooler sleeping environment.

Latex also instantly rebounds as you move to a different part of your mattress in comparison with foam memory which needs to cool down first before returning to its original shape. There’s another huge benefit of latex mattresses: they are long-lasting, with a lifespan of anywhere between 10 and 20 years.

While the very best latex mattresses are solid core and fully turnable, many contain just a ‘comfort’ layer of latex and are typically non-turn.
