- A local charity may want it. We have given them many items in the last year
- We may recycle the mattress
- Some mattresses cannot be recycled, and so we use a local disposal service to take care of the goods.
Product Description
The Shire Beds Matisse 2000 is a pocket sprung mattress with natural fibre fillings. This is a medium feel mattress hand made in Yorkshire to the highest standards.
The spring system used in the Matisse 2000 uses pocket springs that are fully foam encapsulated. This means that the edges of this mattress are fortified with a foam border that creates a firm edge to the mattress. The 2000 pocket springs within this foam encapsulation are nestled in layers of natural fibre fillings. These fibres are 100% natural fibres and are wonderfully comfortable. The springs are layered with wool, silk, cotton, cashmere and mohair, and placed and packaged within the mattress to offer the best balance of comfort and support.
This is a hand made, hand-tufted, mattress made right here in the UK at the Shire Bed Co. factory in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, and comes protected with a 5-Year manufacturer's warranty.
The Matisse 2000 is paired perfectly with a Shire Bed Co. Divan Base or Ottoman.
We will deliver the Matisse 2000 to you for free (mainland UK only,) with our two-man team.
