We will do one of three things:
- A local charity may want it. We have given them many items in the last year
- We may recycle the mattress
- Some mattresses cannot be recycled, and so we use a local disposal service to take care of the goods.
Product Description
The Rainbow Ottoman base is a wonderfully clever storage solution. This base offers the maximum amount of storage space (24cm internal depth), without compromising on the strength or durability of the base itself. This base has an easy-lift piston mechanism, ensuring minimal effort is required to expose the storage capacity within.
The Rainbow Ottoman is hugely popular design thanks to the selection of vibrant colours the high-quality chenille fabric is available in. This base is excellent value for money and delivery to the room is completely free!
The base comes part assembled, all that is required is fixing the two halves of the base together (simple bolt) and some tightening of the piston bracket. Once our delivery drivers have delivered to the room and unpacked your new base, then we estimate the light assembly work will take no more than 10mins.

Please Note:
The base is designed to close with the weight of a mattress on top. Operating the base without a mattress on top may see the lid remain slightly open.
The pistons will not have had their seals broken, and therefore the first few movements may feel quite stiff. Regular use will see this soften and the movement becomes easier.
Also - the SINGLE size ottoman is not available in 2 parts, and comes as END opening only, not side opening.

does this come assembled? If not, what assembly is required and do the delivery men do this?

Confirm the Ottoman opens at the end (not the side). Secondly, is there a solid storage floor to the base or is it a fabric cover?
Does this ottoman divan have loop handles or a gap for fingers to hold the top while opening and closing the ottoman?
