The Shakespeare Inspiration mattress is a new model, built with Shakespeare's pioneering Lay-Gel material on the surface. This deep layer of luxury has proven incredibly popular in a short space of time. As well as this all new material, the Inspiration boasts 1000 Pocket Springs and a supportive yet soft tension.

This Shakespeare mattress has a deep (5cm) layer of the all new Lay-Gel material on the surface. This Gel layer has all the supportive, cooling properties of Latex, but is produced at the same price as Memory Foam. This is therefore, the ideal mattress for those who want the feel of a supportive, Pocket Sprung mattress with Latex, but with the price tag of Memory Foam!

The Inspiration mattress has a 1000 Pocket Spring unit at it's core. These springs are supportive, comfortable and very durable. The 1000 Springs will move up and down as weight is applied, precisely and carefully. This ability to move up and down without being effected by the surrounding springs means that this Shakespeare mattress will always be able to mirror the contours of your body, reducing pressure points that cause aches and pains in the morning.

The surface of this mattress is smooth and quilted, allowing maximum contact with the wonderful Gel layer beneath. This mattress is finished in a luxuriously tactile knitted, stretch-knit fabric that looks as good as it feels.

This mattress has handles and breather vents on the sides to aid movement when required.
