COVID-19 is a global pandemic and we know that it impacts every single person and every business around the world. First and foremost, while this is an uncertain and unsettling time for us all, we wanted to reassure you of a few things we’re doing to reduce customer stress, panic and anxiety.
At My Next Mattress, we are taking the necessary steps to keep things running as normal as possible. We’re constantly following and keeping an eye on official advice and directives. It’s our key focus to protect the safety of our customers, our team, our delivery partners and our communities.
We have taken various precautions to ensure your order with us is not affected or disrupted.
How are we doing that exactly?
- Our delivery crews will wear protective gloves
- Hand sanitiser is being used before and after each delivery
- Overshoes are available
- All items are manufacturer machine packaged, sealed and unopened until it arrives at your doorstep
- Items that are collected from residential properties are packaged, sealed and kept at a safe distance away from other items
- Every single collected or returned items are kept in a separate quarantine area of our warehouse for 21 days
Courier Precautionary Measures
Our mission is to make delivery as safe and convenient for you. At this time we know it’s more important than ever to stay happy and healthy, and we will continue to provide our customers with the highest quality mattresses and beds to promote a good night’s sleep, despite the uncertain times ahead. Here’s what our couriers are doing in regard to COVID-19.
- Our couriers will contact you the day prior to delivery to confirm your preferred time slot
- On delivery day, the drivers will call you to determine if anyone in the property is self-isolating or is showing signs of symptoms of the Coronavirus
- For those self isolating, a decision will be made to leave the goods in the hallway of the property, or a designated, safe space
- For those showing signs of symptoms, the delivery may be rescheduled as we’re here to protect yourselves and members of our teams
- In this scenario we will not charge for redelivery
