The Sealy Sterling mattress is a standout model within the Enhance Collection, a range of three beds meticulously crafted to deliver supreme comfort while maintaining exceptional durability. The Sterling is a medium-feel mattress overall, thanks to a luxuriously comfortable Geltex layer paired with supportive springs. The springs are supportive and relatively firm, but the deep layer of Geltex above is supremely comfortable.
Achieve targeted pressure relief with 1000 pocket springs
At the heart of the Sterling mattress lies a 1000-pocket spring unit. Each individual spring is encased in its own fabric pocket, allowing it to move independently in response to your weight and movement. This design ensures that the mattress perfectly and instantly replicates your body's contours. Because the springs do not interfere with one another, you receive uncompromised support across the entire sleeping surface. This type of spring is not only great for providing posture-enhancing support, but it will also be the best option for people sharing a bed with a restless partner, as the springs dampen the movements, allowing you to sleep more deeply and longer.
Stay cool and comfortable with breathable Gel technology
Layered on the surface of the mattress is a specialised Geltex layer. This material provides a comfortable sleep surface that ensures the Sterling feels supportive rather than floor-like. Gel is chosen for its impressive durability and breathability; air moves freely through the layer, keeping the mattress cool. This layer is applied to one side of this no-turn mattress, meaning you never need to flip it. To maintain its condition, simply rotate (spin around) the mattress once per season.
